Who We Are
A creative regenerative movement bringing soul back into how we create and connect with other humans.
OUR VALUES
Creating: a political act. Creativity: a tool for transformation.
We look around and all we see is disconnection and burnout. Instead, we choose a path rooted in collaboration and regenerative thinking.
Community as much more than a feature.
Creating a community is the foundation for transforming things that can’t be transformed in isolation.
The organic is revolutionary.
In a world that rewards speed, presence is the most radical thing we can practice.
OUR DREAM
We want to be surrounded by people who, like us, feel called to create, express themselves, and take action toward building different ways of living.
We want to amplify artists, founders, visionaries, and creatives who want to use their sensitivity to inspire change. Our mission is to shape a more conscious future through our community.
A world where belonging is not a luxury. Where creativity is taught like a language. Where the most necessary people alive finally have the structure and community they deserve.
OUR SERVICES
We support artists, creative founders and changemakers in their journey of growth and impact through mentorships, creative consulting, workshops and collaborative projects.
Labs: Recurring, in-person experiences designed so that each session moves through the three pillars that make us irreducibly human: soft skills, emotional intelligence, and creativity.
Sensory Immersion: An invitation to return to the part of you that creates not because it is efficient, but because it is alive.
We bring this experience directly to your team or community, a private, curated session designed around your people.
Long story short
Pietra went on an exchange study program in Florianópolis—an island in southern Brazil, known for its exuberant biodiversity, paradise beaches where people from all over the world go to surf and spend their holidays, one of the best universities in South America, and for being the South American Silicon Valley.
Besides opening Pietra’s world artistically and technologically, Floripa brought Mari into her life. Their friendship began there, but when Pietra had to go back home, their lives naturally followed different directions until, years later, without a single word exchanged about it, they both ended up in Lisbon.
After seeing Mari’s post about her new home city, they exchanged a couple of messages on Instagram DMs. They met at the Gulbenkian Museum and talked about life, creativity, philosophy, and the quiet tension between who the world wanted them to be and who they truly were.
That’s where BEHUMAN began. And if any of this sounds familiar, if you’ve ever felt that same tension yourself, then you’re exactly who this movement is for.
Meet Pi
Pietra Carolina is a Brazilian creative based in Lisbon. She holds a degree in Design. Her background is in music, marketing, and product innovation.
She helps startups, artists, and communities build meaningful experiences—both digital and physical.
Her work is influenced by her period traveling through different countries, where she explored new ways of living. Pietra is constantly searching for depth and truth in everything she does.
She is moved by music, long conversations, sensorial experiences, spirituality, and the feeling of belonging that allows people to be fully human. Her mission is to help people reconnect with themselves, with others, and with the parts of life that algorithms can’t replicate.
